OHS Soccer Teams are Both Headed to State

Both OHS soccer teams are set for the MSHSL State Soccer Tournament. The boys, who are seeded fourth, will play Tuesday night at 5:30 p.m. vs. Worthington. The girls, who are seeded first, will play Wednesday night at 5:30 p.m. vs. Rochester Lourdes. Both games will be played at Farmington High School.

Both boys and girls soccer teams won their section final matches on Oct. 17, so they are both headed to the State soccer tournament. The girls beat Monticello 4-0, and the boys beat Mound-Westonka 1-0. Congratulations to both teams.

Both boys and girls soccer teams play their section final matches on Oct. 17. The girls play Monticello, and the boys play Mound-Westonka in the section finals. If they win these games, they will be headed to the State Soccer Tournament.

The schedule for State is not posted yet as it is seeded over MEA Break. The dates for the quarterfinal games are between the dates of Oct. 24-26 depending how the teams get seeded and where they play. Here are some possible dates and times.

All possible games listed below will be played at US Bank Stadium in downtown Minneapolis.

The semi-final games are on Monday, Oct. 30:
Boys Semi-Final games are at 12 or 2 p.m.
Girls Semi-Final games are at 4 or 6 p.m.

The 3rd place games are on Tuesday, Oct. 31:
Boys at 8 a.m.
Girls at 10 a.m.

The Championship games are on Thursday, Nov. 2:
Boys at 10 a.m.
Girls at 12:30 p.m.
