Minnesota fans remained energetic as the Wild kept the game tied zero to zero in the first minutes of the game. The Wild continued to attack their opponents net but could not score a goal. The Blackhawks then scored with nine minutes left in the first period.

In the second period, Chicago scored a goal followed by a Minnesota goal by Erik Haula. Superstar Patrick Kane scored to put the Blackhawks up by two and this score remained until the third period, when the Blackhawks scored on an empty net.

The game got interesting when Minnesota’s Jared Spurgeon and Nino Niederreiter each scored a goal. The score was now four to three with only a few minutes left. Fans were going crazy for their team and couldn’t stop cheering.

Unfortunately, the Blackhawks shut the wild down and ended there season. The Blackhawks will now move on to the fourth round the play either the Anaheim Ducks or the Calgary Flames.
