Cassadee Pope first appeared on the voice in season 3. The judges were star struck by her amazing vocals and ability to have such a unique voice. While performing, all four judges eventually pushed their buttons and turned around during the blind auditions. After a hard decision she chose to be on Blake Sheltons team.
Pope had also been selected CMT’s Next Women of Country. Recently she joined a group of solo female country artists scoring platinum on a debut single, “Wasting All These Tears”. The three songs she sang during the voice were, “Stupid Boy” by Keith Urban, “Cry” by Faith Hill, and “Over You” by Miranda Lambert. The last song she sang (Over You) also earned her the number 1 spot on the all genres chart.
Since touring with country music stars Tim McGraw, Rascal Flatts, and Dean Brody, Pope has been climbing the ladder to success. Pope is an avid NASCAR fan and enjoys volunteering with Outnumber Hunger; an organization to help feed families and other people who are less fortunate.
Pope’s newest song, “ “I Am Invincible,” is a power anthem reflecting resilience and strength and is the first single from Cassadee’s forthcoming album,” Rolling Stone said.
