This weekend is booming with activities for the Orono community.

Tonight, Mar. 14 the Orono girls basketball team plays Monticello at Buffalo High School. Tip off is at 7:00. Also, starting at 7:00 tonight in the Orono High School auditorium is Orono’s Got talent. Admission is $2 at the door.

Tomorrow, Mar. 15 Orono boys basketball plays Holy Family in the third place game at Concordia University, St. Paul. Tip off is at 2:00. The Orono High School band will be presenting their infamous Pops Concert from 7:00 – 9:00 pm in the OHS gym. Tickets are able to be purchased at the door: $7 for adults, $5 for students and seniors, and $3 for children ages 5-10.

The Orono Middle School will be having three productions of their Spring play, High School Musical. Friday Mar. 14 at 7:00 and Saturday Mar. 15 at 2:00 and 6:30. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and senior adults. Children 5 and under are free.
