Nautical Bowls currently sells three sized bowls: small – (8oz and 250 calories), medium – (12oz and 350 calories), large – (16oz and 450 calories), and an extra large – (24oz and 550 calories).  The bowl is a combination of multiple bases and four toppings (each additional topping is $.50) which are included in each bowl.

“My favorite time to come to Nautical Bowls is after I workout and want something refreshing to eat.  I like that the size small bowl is perfect for a snack, but the size large is a great size for a meal,” said senior Alexa Stoddard.

They feature three signature bowls: The Nauti Bowl, The Buoy Bowl, and the Big Island Bowl, however 95% of customers create their own bowl.

Not only do they serve a base of sorbet açaí berries, but a collection of Pitaya, Matcha Green Tea, Coconut – Activated Black Charcoal, and Chia Pudding sorbet.  These bases run the health benefits of antioxidants, catechins (which fight off properties of cancer), strengthens the immune system, energy levels, memory and concentration, and provides many vitamins.

All bowls have the option to be gluten free, dairy free, nut free, and vegan.  They can also be sprinkled off with a variety of toppings

Granola, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, cacao nibs, goji berries, bee pollen, maca powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, honey, peanut butter, almond butter, and slivered almonds are among the many toppings people choose between for their bowl.

Before you head into the store, you can learn all about their business and products on their website, or main social media page, Instagram (Nautical Bowls Instagram page).

Coming into a competitive market, Nautical Bowls has found a tactic that has brought them a lot of positive attention.

The business has attracted a wide range of customers through social media.

“Nautical Bowls has a very engaging social media, they post on their accounts daily and provide challenges for customers to get involved in for a chance to win a free bowl or other exciting things,” expressed senior Ellen Kittridge.
