Wednesday, Oct. 5 junior and senior girls took to the field to play touch football. The powderpuff game originally scheduled during homecoming week was delayed due to weather. Prior to the game junior girls held many practices while the seniors relied on pure talent to win the game. The game was refereed by English teacher Jarrett Lundquist and Officer Tony White with teacher Doug Erickson acting as a mediator. The girls looked to members of the boys football team for coaching and enjoyed playing on a crisp fall evening.
