Natural Born Pranksters could not have premiered on a better day. This R-rated comedy is all about pranks. Featuring YouTube stars such as Roman Atwood, Dennis Roady and Vitaly.
Miles Ahead explores the life of Miles Davis, a famous musician during the 20th century. This biography is rated R and stars Ewan McGregor and Don Cheadle.
College baseballers must figure out adult life through responsibilities and challenges they face. Everybody Wants Some is rated R.
On April 8 we have some action-packed movies premiering such as Hardcore Henry and Mr. Right. Some other movies that are also premiering are Demolition, The Boss and The Invitation.
Hardcore Henry is an action-packed film surrounding a man who revives and must remember who he was in order save his wife from bio-engineer soldiers. This first-person movie is rated R.
Meanwhile, Mr. Right follows a girl who thinks that she has found the man of her dreams but comes to a quick realization that he is actually running away from a crime-cartel where he was employed. This action-comedy film is rated R.
Demolition, starring Jake Gyllenhaal, follows the story of a man who must cope with the loss of his wife from a fatal car crash. This drama is rated R.
Starring Melissa McCarthy and Kristen Bell, The Boss follows the story of a business owner who goes to prison and when released must try to “rebrand” herself as a better person than before. This comedy is rated R.
The Invitation follows a man who goes over to his ex-wife’s house for a party and figures out that his ex-wife and her husband have different intentions. This thriller is not yet rated.
On April 15 we have an old classic premiering, The Jungle Book, but don’t forget about other movies that are also coming out such as Colonia Dignidad, Criminal and Barbershop: The Next Cut.
The Jungle Book, produced by Disney, follows the original story about an orphan boy who is raised by animals in the jungle. However unlike the 1967 version, this film is not a cartoon. This adventure film is rated PG.
Starring Emma Watson, this story follows a girlfriend who ventures onto a desperate search for her boyfriend but gets drawn into the Colonia Dignidad, a sealed off area which is such a dangerous place that nobody has ever escaped. Colonia Dignidad is not yet rated.
Criminal is a crime-drama where an ex-convict is given the skills and memories of a dead CIA agent. This film is not yet rated.
Lastly, Barbershop: The Next Cut, featuring Ice Cube and Nicki Minaj, follows the story of a barbershop that becomes co-ed. The men of the shop see a taste of what women are like, but they must come together in order to save their neighborhood. This comedy is rated PG-13.
On April 22, sadly only two movies premiere. These movies include: The Huntsman: Winter’s War and Elvis & Nixon.
The Huntsman: Winter’s War, starring Chris Hemsworth and Emily Blunt among many other actors, follows the story of two sisters who are ready to conquer the land, meanwhile others set out to stop them.
Starring Kevin Spacey as Richard Nixon and Michael Shannon as Elvis Presley, Elvis & Nixon unveils the relationship between Elvis and Nixon and the most requested photograph in the National Archives. Elvis & Nixon is rated R.
Towards the end of April, on April 29 three great movies premiere such as Mother’s Day, Green Room and Keanu.
Premiering close to the Mother’s Day, Mother’s Day follows multiple moms on their special day. Starring Jennifer Aniston, this comedy is rated PG-13.
After being witnesses to a crime, a band group must fight against the criminals. Green Room is a thriller that is rated R.
In order to steal back their kitten, a group of friends act as criminals for a gang. Keanu is not yet rated.
