For many years Maggies, located in downtown Wayzata, was one of the only popular breakfast restaurants to go and get pancakes, french toast, waffles, etc. However now, Wayzata has officially welcomed a new breakfast and lunch café named Benedict’s.
Benedict’s is owned by Mill Valley Kitchen chef Mike Rakun. Its’ neighbors include restaurants and shops such as Baja House, Anthropologie, and Sushi Fix. Benedict’s new appearance in Wayzata adds variety as being one of the very few breakfast café, contributing to the hustle and bustle from new residencies and construction improvements to the town of Wayzata.
Benedict’s provides a casual breakfast and lunch for its’ customers. Some menu items include various pancakes, omelets, sweets, top hash, numerous types of drinks, and of course-Benedicts. Fun, non-traditional dishes like strawberry nutella pancakes, and apple walnut french toast, are all offered and served as well.
