John Quinn, Staff Reporter
As a freshmen when I came to Orono I always wanted to write for the newspaper because it seemed the staff was the most informed and involved in the high school culture. I love writing about current events that affect our daily lives. Without the newspaper I would feel way less connected with my class and the school as a whole. I have been involved with the newspaper for one year but regret not joining sooner. In college I am looking to get a major or a minor in journalism. Outside of school I am also involved in Lacrosse and Ultimate Frisbee. Looking forward to the future I am very excited to use the skills I learned during this year in my freshman year of college and through my life.
